  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags and certificates (if any).
  • Exclusions: Custom-made, engraved, or altered items are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Upon approval, we will share return shipping instructions.
  • Pack the product securely in original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was defective or wrongly shipped.

  • After receiving the return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets return eligibility.
  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • If the item is damaged or incomplete, a deduction may apply or the refund may be denied.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of faulty delivery.
