- Timeframe: Items are eligible for return within 15 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags and certificates (if any).
- Exclusions: Custom-made, engraved, or altered items are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. RETURN PROCESS

- Upon approval, we will share return shipping instructions.
- Pack the product securely in original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was defective or wrongly shipped.

- After receiving the return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets return eligibility.
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- If the item is damaged or incomplete, a deduction may apply or the refund may be denied.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of faulty delivery.
