1. FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA

  • We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within India—no minimum order value required.

2. TRANSIT INSURANCE

  • All shipments are fully insured by SIVYAA until they reach your doorstep. Shop with 100% confidence.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Track your order status anytime using the Track Order feature.
  • Enter your registered email ID and order number to check the latest updates.
  • Registered users can also sign in and track their orders from the “Order History” section in their Account page.

4. IF YOUR ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT

  • In the rare case of a lost shipment, we allow 15 days for tracking resolution.
  • If undelivered after this period, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

5. DELIVERY SERVICE LOCATIONS

  • We deliver to most cities and towns in India.
  • Please check service availability by entering your PIN code on the product, cart, or checkout pages.
  • If delivery is not available in your area, we regret the inconvenience.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FOR DOMESTIC DELIVERY

  • You may place an order from outside India as long as the delivery address is within India.
  • Please ensure your selected city is serviceable by checking the PIN code availability before checkout.

7. DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • We aim to dispatch and deliver all domestic orders within 5–7 working days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination, weather, and local courier services.

8. EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTION

  • Express delivery is available for select PIN codes and eligible products.
  • Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered the next day (T+1).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM follow a TAT of T+2 days.
  • For regular PIN codes, normal delivery time of 5–7 days will apply.
  • On Sundays or public holidays, delivery may be delayed by one additional day.

9. ID PROOF REQUIREMENTS

  • For high-value orders, delivery personnel may request valid ID proof at the time of delivery.
  • This helps ensure safe and secure handover of your order, especially if collected by someone else on your behalf.

10. PAN CARD FOR HIGH-VALUE ORDERS

  • For orders exceeding ₹2 lakhs, it is mandatory to provide your PAN card number.
  • The name on the PAN must match the billing name. PAN verification is required before proceeding to payment.
  • Failure to verify PAN details will result in order cancellation as per government guidelines.
